One of the older frame structures in Maryland, the Third Haven Meeting House has been studied by some of the great preservationists in the tidewater region. The project started out as replacing some siding and repairing exterior woodwork. Two sections of rotted sills were found that also needed to be dealt with. We worked with a preservation architect to document exposed framing as work progressed.
